You are in for a treat with this newly available 3-story townhouse developed in the historic brick Union Building. There is three bedrooms and two bathrooms and the kitchen is well-appointed. The primary bedroom has a great set-up for a work-away-from-home stay. The rooftop patio is the perfect place to take in the scenery of the waterfront and Washington hills, warm yourself by the firepit with morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The location is a walk away from everything downtown including restaurants, coffee spots, wine tasting, breweries, shops, library, bookstore, a nature trail, beauty care, and local health care. NOTES: Only one compact car can maneuver the very tight turn into the SHARED GARAGE.Maximum capacity for 6 adults.
