The main (top) level is open and comfortable, with lots of natural light and big views of the river, with the kitchen and main living space. There are also 2 outdoor spaces on the top floor, one facing the Columbia River with comfortable seating and a fire pit and the other is in the back of the house with a grill and table to enjoy outdoor meals.

The garage and driveway will hold 3 cars plus your gear. And there's also nearby off-street free parking as well. A bonus for the electric car owners, there is a 220 plug in the garage to plug in your car as long as YOU have the correct cord to plug in. The Hood River Stairs are just a few steps away, so your stroll to the downtown shops and restaurants will be quick and easy.
