Cancellation of Reservation
By Renter:Â ($150 Cancellation Fee): If Renter cancels his/her reservation, regardless of the reason, any prepayments by Renter will be refunded only as provided below:
1. 61 Days or more prior check-in date: If the Agreement is cancelled by Renter at least 61 days or more prior to the check-in date, Renter will be entitled to a 100% refund of all money paid except for a $150 cancellation fee.
2. 60 Days or less prior to check-in date: Except for any pre-paid taxes, Renter shall not be entitled to a refund of any money paid in the event of cancellation that occurs 60 days or less before the check-in date, except as approved by CGVR. CGVR will make every attempt to rebook the reservation dates, in which case Renter will be refunded rents and deposits paid, less a $150 cancellation fee.
Cancellation by CGVR
In the event the Property has been damaged or is otherwise unavailable for reasons generally beyond CGVR’s control, CGVR may cancel this Agreement at any time by giving notice to Renter in the manner set forth above. In such event, Renter shall be entitled to a 100% refund of all money paid. In such event, CGVR shall make reasonable efforts to assist Renter in identifying and locating alternative rental property comparable cost and amenities for the intended rental period.
