the waterfront. This home is great for watching Windsurfing and
Kiteboarding with a birds eye view.

bedrooms and 2+ baths. All of the bedrooms have a river view. The master bedroom hosts a King bed, large sliding glass doors that lead
to a furnished patio, large screen TV, two walk in closets, private
bathroom with separate shower and bath tub. The second bedroom has a
Queen bed and and two closets. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed,
gas fireplace, large screen TV, private half bath, and a door to the
main patio area. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs and has a Queen bed and a TV.
The large kitchen hosts an
office niche, large walk in pantry, breakfast bar, two ovens, Kitchen
Aide Stove top with griddle; great for pancake breakfasts, and a bay
window with garden views. The dining room has garden views and seats
8. The large living room has a gas fireplace, river and garden views.
The large 2 car garage is great for
securely storing gear. The laundry room has a utility sink and there
is a clothes line in the yard for drying wet suits. There are three
fruit trees, which you may pick fruit from, but please share with the
next guests. There is a small strawberry patch that you are also
welcome to treat your self to. Keep an eye out for deer and other wild
life in the yard.
