Payment and Refund Policy:
We will send you a quote from our booking system to process your payments. 50% due upon booking the reservation. 50% due 60 days prior to check-in. A security deposit will be due the day before check-in, and refunded promptly within 5 days after check-out providing no damage or excessive cleaning is observed in the home. Holiday Rates May Apply .

Payment:
At the time of booking 50% of the Rent, Cleaning Fee, Pet Fee, and Lodging Taxes is due and payable. The remaining 50% of the Total Rental Charges is due and payable at least 60 days prior to the check-in date. If the reservation is made within 60 days of the check-in date, all charges in connection with the reservation will be charged at the time of booking the reservation.

Cancellation of Agreement:

By Renter :
If Renter cancels his/her reservation, regardless of the reason, any prepayments by Renter will be refunded only as provided below:

1. 61 Days or more prior check-in date: If the Agreement is cancelled by Renter at least 61 days or more prior to the check-in date, Renter will be entitled to a 100% refund of all money paid except for a $150 cancellation fee.

2. 60 Days or less prior to check-in date: Except for any pre-paid taxes, Renter shall not be entitled to a refund of any money paid in the event of cancellation that occurs 60 days or less before the check-in date, except as approved by CGVR. CGVR will make every attempt to rebook the reservation dates, in which case Renter will be refunded rents and deposits paid, less a $150 cancellation fee .

Cancellation by CGVR : In the event the Property has been damaged or is otherwise unavailable for reasons generally beyond CGVR’s control, CGVR may cancel this Agreement at any time by giving notice to Renter in the manner set forth above. In such event, Renter shall be entitled to a 100% refund of all money paid. In such event, CGVR shall make reasonable efforts to assist Renter in identifying and locating alternative rental property comparable cost and amenities for the intended rental period.

Damage Deposit:
Not more than 3 days prior to check-in date CGVR will charge Renter’s Credit Card a damage deposit In the event that any personal property in the home is missing or damaged, or the home or property itself is damaged this damage deposit will be used to repair or replace the property. If the damage deposit is insufficient to cover these costs, Renter authorizes CGVR to charge Renter’s credit card for the balance of the costs. In such case, within 5 business days of completion of repairs and replacement, a detailed list of costs to repair and/or replace the property will be furnished to Renter along with any unused funds from the damage deposit. In the event that there is no damage to the property, the full damage deposit will be refunded to Renter’s credit card within 5 business days of check-out date. Your damage deposit is fully refundable if nothing is missing or damaged. CGVR keeps a detailed inventory list (including photo and video inspections) of everything in the home, garage and decks. Management will do a complete inspection after each guest departure.
